2025年1月にMAD MEDiCiNEが活動を終了した後、体制を一新、改名を経て誕生したグループ。前体制終期に新設されたプロダクションMAD’S iNKに所属。前身のMAD MEDiCiNEからは那月邪夢のみが継続で参加。2025年1月27日《Gauze》（東京・WWW X）でデビュー。前体制の楽曲も一部を引き継ぎ、トラックにアレンジを加えたものが披露されている。

2020年結成。imaginateが運営するアイドルプロジェクトHEROINESに所属。コンセプトは「ここで死んで、ここで蘇れ。」である。iLiFE!はデビュー同期にあたる。同年に解散したMOBIUS（メビウス）の楽曲を一部引き継ぎ、元メンバーの一部が結成に参加しているため、実質的な後継グループであるとされる場合もある。

サークルライチにおけるいわゆる研究生ポジションのグループとして2024年に発足。第1期は王道系のコンセプトで活動。2025年4月29日に第1期メンバーの活動を終了し、同日入れ替わる形でデビューした第2期では地雷系コンセプトに転換している。

サークルライチ第4期生グループとして2024年8月結成。サークルライチ初の名古屋拠点グループで、地方拠点グループはガラチアに次いで2グループ目となる。
